From the Working with Children Checks held by every team member, to the accredited child-protection training we refresh each year — safety is not an audit item. It’s the foundation every other decision sits on.

We uphold the Child Safe Standards and have zero tolerance for child abuse in any form. Every team member is trained accordingly.
Working with Children Checks
Every team member maintains current Working with Children Checks, police checks, first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training.
Trained in Child Protection
Accredited child-protection training and safety certificates across the team — refreshed regularly, not a one-off.
Clear Reporting Lines
If a child or staff member may be at risk, we act immediately and contact the appropriate authorities, including Victoria Police, per policy.
