My Stars was founded by a mother and daughter who believed early learning should feel like a home, not a system — where every child is seen, supported and celebrated as an individual.
Pina & Sim Rayat · Founders
Pina has been working in early childhood since 2008. Her journey began with her own children, inspiring her to create a centre where every child feels nurtured and valued.
Sim joined as 2IC and Educational Leader after qualifying as an early-childhood and primary teacher in 2015. She oversees the curriculum, daily operations and program planning across rooms.
Together, Pina and Sim are actively involved in day-to-day practice — making My Stars more than a childcare service. We’re a community-focused environment where children are supported, encouraged and celebrated.
